Sharing Contributions
MSI strives to share and serve throughout each year. We participate in a wide range of charitable campaigns. Our company makes Food Drive donations to local community organizations like, Cypress Assistance Ministries, a Texas-based non-profit whose mission is to provide support to families and individuals experiencing temporary crisis.
We also take part in local blood drives; partnering with organizations like the Houston-based Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center. Medical facilities always need more blood, and MSI helps get the word out about how these top-notch facilities can use donated blood to help save lives.
Preventing Homelessness
MSI Pipe Protection Technologies is honored to partner with Northwest Harris County to support the well-respected charity Habitat for Humanity. Since 1976, this Georgia-based nonprofit has worked to construct homes for people in need; providing hope for the homeless. MSI helps the organization accomplish this by supplying employees to help participate in the construction of a home. We appreciate the efforts of our employees deciding to help make Habitat for Humanity’s goal a reality.
Helping Spread Holiday Cheer
We’ve also had the privilege of helping ensure that children throughout the world can receive Christmas gifts. Samaritan’s Purse is a global humanitarian organization that seeks to help residents of disaster and war zones with medical supplies, assistance, and basic life-saving items like food and water. They also strive to assist impoverished people in other areas.
Samaritan’s Purse runs a project called Operation Christmas Child, and MSI has participated in collaborative efforts to help get toys and learning games to children. Each year, they cooperate with churches around the nation to give holiday gifts to kids who face difficult circumstances. Each child receives a shoebox with various presents inside. This makes a huge difference in a child’s life. Despite facing serious hardships, a child might be able to remember a special gift rather than a Christmas without any presents.
